To make a claim with a carrier, follow these instructions.
- Send an email to the carrier saying that you plan to file a claim, including order number, details of damage and tracking
- Follow the steps in Filing Claims for 3PB Shipments and How to File a Claim (Overstock resource) and file your claim with the carrier in question
- If claims are denied, contact claims@overstock.com and internal_claims_processing@overstock.com with the order number, tracking ID, a short summary of the issue, a pdf of the BOL and the claim denial email from the carrier, if you have one. They will be able to advise you on how to proceed.
