Overstock: How to answer product questions

Overstock resource: Answering Product Questions (Overstock)

Product questions should be checked weekly to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure sales. They are not forwarded via email and do not have notifications, hence they require manual checks.

1. In Supplier Oasis, click Reports
   
   
2. Click Product Dashboard
   
   
3. Locate your Product Questions & Answers within this report (lower right side)
   
   
4. Click the 'Details' tab, and export the questions by clicking the small triangle on the right hand side and selecting Export to Excel. 
   
   
5. Add your answers in the relevant column of the Excel document, save it, and submit to [e-mail].
