To access the Wayfair Help Center, follow these steps:
- Log into Wayfair's Partner Home
- In the left menu, at the bottom, click Help & Support, then click Help Center. (Or, once you're logged in, click this link.)

- In the left menu of Partner Home, click Tickets, then click Submit a Ticket.
- Select your issue type from the dropdown lists, and follow any further instructions.
