Reporting warehouse closures or holidays
Wayfair allows you to enter dates that your warehouse will be closed. Orders submitted near this time will have their Ship By dates modified by Wayfair to account for the closure.
To add a date, log into the Partner Portal and follow these steps:
- Hover over Account Management on the upper tab (May be under More)
- Navigate to Warehouse Management and click Warehouse Closures
- From the dropdown menu, select the warehouse you would like to enter dates for and click Search.
- On the calendars displayed, click on each day that your warehouse will be closed. The days should turn pink.
- Click Yes, Submit Dates.
- Enter a reason (can be Holiday, Severe Weather, Warehouse Issue, etc), a brief description if necessary, and select an option for the delay that the closure creates (need additional 24 hours, etc) to adjust lead times for processing orders.
- Click Submit to finalize the dates of closure.
Reporting a warehouse hours change
- Hover over Account Management on the upper tab (May be under More)
- Navigate to Warehouse Management, click Warehouse Hours, select the warehouse you would like to change the hours for, and click “Search”.
- Update the hours of operation for your warehouse and click Yes, Submit Hours in the bottom right corner.
