Overstock: Fulfilling Small Parcel orders

Follow these steps to process a Small Parcel Order.

1. Acknowledge order and print packing slip (Overstock resource)
   
   
2. Create a UPS label using your UPS account & Schedule UPS for pickup
   
   a. Bill Overstock UPS account number (6 Digit ID provided during onboarding) for charges. The address to authenticate for Third Party billing is:

c. Ensure that you schedule a pickup at the time of creating the label

d. Ensure that UPS Ground (or the relevant level of service from the Overstock order) is selected as the Shipping Service 

3. Send order info and documents to your warehouse

4. Add tracking in Supplier Oasis when the order has shipped. (See our help article here)
