- From the main page, hover over “Orders” > “All Order Alerts” and click “Pending Cancellations”
- If the order has not shipped, confirm the cancellation with your warehouse immediately* and with Wayfair by following the prompts on the page
- If the order has already shipped and cannot be cancelled, deny the cancellation and provide additional information such as the tracking information of the shipped order (this can be found on the signed BOL for the order)
* Always communicate cancellations to your warehouse right away.
