Should you notice any issues with invoices or payments from Wayfair, please follow these steps:
- Click “Submit a Ticket” on the left side of your screen
- Submit a ticket for: “Accounting”
- Ticket type: “General Payment Inquiry”
- Select your Ticket Regarding reason
- Add a detailed description of the issue
- Attach invoices, statements, and any other important documents
- Click Submit, and you will see the ticket number pop up*
*Be sure to remember/record your ticket # and always follow up if the ticket goes unanswered for more than 3 business days
