Amazon: Seller vs Vendor Fulfillment Overview

Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central have two very distinct ways of handling fulfillment. 

• Amazon Sellers pay for shipping and must internalize it within their first cost. More info can be found on Amazon Seller Central.
• Amazon Vendors do not pay for shipping and do not build it into their first cost. More info can be found on Amazon Vendor Central.
• Merchant(s) responsibility is to ensure orders are always ready for carrier pickup within the established lead time window. If an order needs to be back-ordered, this can be done through your Amazon portal 📦
