Overstock: How to palletize multiple items onto a single pallet

To palletize multiple items onto a single pallet, please follow the steps below.

1. On the left hand side of the Supplier Oasis homepage, navigate to Outbound Shipments, then click on Ordered. This will display a list of LTL orders requiring Bills of Lading to be created.
   
   
2. Click the blue order number you would like to palletize.
   
   
3. For the first item you would like to palletize:
   • Under Packaging, select "Pallet" from the dropdown menu
   • Under Qty, enter 1
   • Under Weight, enter the combined weight of all the items you're shipping on that pallet. (e.g. 30 lb chair + 10 lb ottoman = 40 lb)
   • Under Items on Pallet:*, enter the total number of items you want to ship together
   • Under Dimensions:*, enter the combined palletized dimensions of all the items wrapped together on the pallet (e.g. 45 L x 45 W x 45 H)
   • Delete the remaining lines by clicking the icon until there is only 1 item listed for your single pallet. Set the details for the date and time of pickup as normal.
     
     

Congratulations! Your items will now ship as a single pallet.
