Shipping label won’t print
If you receive the error “Sorry, we can't create this shipping label at this time”, there are three main reasons that this could be happening.
Reason 1: Incorrect number of boxes or incorrect dimensions for shipping
The solution to this issue is to confirm the details of your shipment.
- Sign in to your Vendor Central account.
- Go to "Orders" in the upper menu.
- Select "Direct Fulfillment Orders".
- Go to "Order details" for the required PO.
- Click on "Edit" for the Shipment Configuration.
- Indicate the item being shipped in the prompt to ensure the correct ASIN is assigned for the box.
- Enter a valid number for each dimension field.
- Save the changes.
Reason 2: Amazon technical issue (If the carrier is not CEVA)
Submit a case to Amazon with the order ID provided and a screenshot of the issue you’re encountering and Amazon will try to provide an explanation regarding why this issue is occurring
Reason 3: CEVA has too many requests for shipping labels
If this is the issue, wait a business day or two and the issue may clear up on its own.
If the shipping label is not able to print close to the ship date, contact Amazon via a case created via email. Do not call them as they will redirect you to send an email.
