Product questions will come up from time to time from customers wanting to know more about a product before deciding to purchase. It is important to address product questions promptly as it makes customers more likely to purchase your products and improves your product listings.
To resolve product questions, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Reports tab in Vendor Central, and select the option Manufacturer Answers and Review Comments. Here you have the option to review recent reviews from customers as well as respond to unanswered questions on your products.
- After clicking the checkbox to agree with the posting guidelines, you can select either Reviews or Questions and Answers from the dropdown menu. Enter a date range that covers the time since you last answered product questions.
- Click Download, and you’ll get a simple spreadsheet with a link to each question.
- Each link in the spreadsheet will direct you to a product question. Type in your response, then click Answer when you're finished.
