Once a day, go through the following steps to keep on top of your orders and account issues.
- Check site for new orders
- Confirm shipments of recent orders with your warehouse and update all tracking information inside of Amazon Seller Central
- Check for return requests and buyer messages
- Update your inventory in the CommerceBear Inventory App
- For any new issues, submit a case within your channel if possible
- If submitting a case doesn’t resolve the issue, escalate to help@commercebear.com
