Houzz allows you to set vacation periods for your warehouses in a Vacation Calendar. During your vacation periods, orders will have their ship dates modified by Houzz to dates after the vacation period ends. It's important to set these dates ahead of time, as Houzz will expect you to fulfill all existing orders by their original ship date.
To add dates to your calendar, log into your Houzz Account and follow these steps:
- In the top right corner, hover over Your Houzz and click Vendor Dashboard.
- In the menu on the left, click Settings, then Vacation Calendar.
- Click Add Vacation and select the dates that your warehouse will be unavailable. You can create up to 5 vacation periods at a time.
💡 Important: To ensure your lead times are correctly adjusted, be sure that your vacation time includes the day before your holiday/closure.
