There are several reasons why your product could have an “Out of Stock” status.
- Channel lag time: channels sometimes have a lag time to display the latest inventory. If this is a newly published product, this delay can be slightly longer than usual.
- Product is not ready: your products may appear onsite, but with inventory disabled, while Bear is still completing the publishing process and doing final checks. When your product is ready for customers to buy, we will activate inventory for that product.
- Critical fix: if you have provided critical changes to a product, such as price, box size, important dimensions, Bear may temporarily deactivate inventory for that product.
- Other channel issues: sometimes channels take products offline for other reasons, and it's not always clear why.

- On Overstock, you can check for other issues on the Manage Costs page in Supplier Oasis. Navigate to Products > Manage Costs, then search for your SKU or product name. Check under the Site Status heading, and try hovering over the status for next steps.
