Returns: Will channels contact me about returns?

Different channels have different policies around notifying you about returns.

• Overstock does not notify you of returns, however for LTL orders you will receive an email to request disposition for a product (where to return the product to).
• Wayfair will notify you that a return is on its way and if there’s a credit recovery request, but any claims you file are your responsibility.
• Houzz does not notify you of returns.
