Overstock: Changing box dimensions or shipping methods

To view and make changes to your shipping information, including box size, please follow these steps:

1. Log into Supplier Oasis.
   
   
2. In the left navigation pane, go to Products, then click Manage Product. 
   
   
3. Optional: filter for specific products using your product names in the “Search Product Name” field or your SKUs in the “Supplier SKU” field.
   
   
4. In the top right, click Export, then select either “Filtered Results” (to download just the products that you have filtered for) or “Full Catalog”.
   
   
5. In the Bulk SKU Search dialog that appears, select Shipping Template. This will export a template with just your shipping information, including box dimensions. 
   
   
6. Make any changes to that template, then return to the Manage Product page and click Import in the top right. Upload the spreadsheet you were working on, and it will submit your changes to Overstock.

Note: it may take several hours for your changes to take effect.
